Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking reliable Direct Care Workers to provide one-to-one support in clients' homes, helping with daily activities and skill-building. You will also accompany recipients to community activities to foster independence and personal growth, working either full-time or part-time in a caring, supportive team environment.

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes to provide support and encouragement.
• Assist recipients with skill-building activities and community integration.
• Help recipients grow personal goals outside of the home environment.
