Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking a Direct Care Worker to provide one-on-one support in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will assist with daily living activities, encourage skill-building, and help recipients pursue personal goals in the community.

We offer full and part-time roles, paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process to get you started quickly.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable stance required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 direct care to recipients in their homes.
• Assist with skill-building activities and daily living tasks.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
