Job summary

• Must have a valid Colorado driver’s license and ability to drive for company business.

Responsibilities

• Interview potential clients and complete all paperwork (ISP tracking, timesheets, incident reports) by deadlines.
• Maintain monthly client records and accurate statistical data for all programs.
• Provide direct services per care plan (personal care, emotional support, housekeeping, home management).
