Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is hiring a Case Manager I, Community Programs, in Colorado Springs. The role develops person-centered plans to help clients achieve goals and provides intensive support to maximize independent functioning in work and community settings.

The position offers full-time hours, a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement options) and paid time off. Daily Pay is available, and the schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively within a team.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Case management for assigned clients, including intake, plan development, and progress documentation.
• Provide ADLs/IADLs support and supervision to ensure safety and progress.
• Maintain accurate client records, program plans, and reports.
• Coordinate with other agencies and support personnel to advance client goals.
• Keep knowledge current on CARF standards and Goodwill Colorado policies.
