Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 2+ years' experience with developmentally disabled individuals.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Education/experience requirements as listed in job description.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in basic living skills and daily personal tasks.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments as needed.
• Maintain documentation and required records.
• Follow medication management guidelines and monitor procedures.
• Communicate with staff about client needs and progress toward care plans.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
