Cedarhurst Senior Living in Newburgh, IN is seeking a Dining Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents and guests. This part-time role supports daily meal service, assists with events, and helps maintain cleanliness and food safety standards across dining areas.

You will communicate with residents and families, accommodate dining preferences, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment reflecting Cedarhurst’s commitment to quality service and resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to two years of prior experience preferred, with senior living experience strongly desired.
• Relevant state or county licensure preferred, with the ability to obtain licensure if required by the state in which employed.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with common digital tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) and electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with catering, room service, special events, and marketing functions.
• Promptly take food and beverage orders and deliver service to residents and guests.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area following all food safety standards.
• Clear, sanitize, and reset tables and complete daily checklists.
• Assist with cleaning dining areas, including floors, tables, and chairs after meals and events.
