Job summary

MBK Senior Living in California is seeking a part-time Server to provide high-quality dining service to residents, taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. You will maintain cleanliness, follow dietary restrictions, and collaborate with the dining team to deliver consistent hospitality.

The schedule is Saturdays and Sundays, 3pm to 7pm, with competitive pay of $16.90–$17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older or have proper work permit.
• Background clearances, health screening, TB test results within 7 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals.
• Uphold high table etiquette by clearing and resetting tables between courses.
• Engage with residents in a friendly, courteous manner and assist with menu selections.
• Adhere to dietary needs and care plans as outlined by supervisors.
• Maintain sanitary dining areas and comply with food safety protocols.
• Assist with deliveries, stocking, and kitchen/dining operations as needed.
• Support marketing efforts through positive interactions and professional presentation.
