Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server to create enjoyable dining experiences for residents in a welcoming, family-like environment. You will help in Casual Dining and Fine Dining, greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals with a cheerful, resident-focused approach.

Requirements include being at least 15 years old, ability to communicate effectively in English, and willingness to obtain any required food handler permits within two weeks of hire.

Competenze

• Must be at least 15 years of age or older.
• Availability to work breakfast and lunch shifts.
• No previous work experience is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits as required by local ordinances within two (2) weeks of hire.
• State regulations may require certain applicants to obtain a work permit before beginning employment.

Mansioni

• Enhance the dining experience by assisting residents in Casual Dining by carrying trays, offering beverages, and proactively meeting service needs.
• Create memorable moments in Fine Dining by warmly greeting tables, guiding residents through menu selections, accurately taking orders, and serving a full range of courses.
• Keep the dining room looking its best by clearing and resetting tables, handling dishes, filling water carafes, and setting tables before meals.
• Help keep things clean and organized by vacuuming carpets, cleaning the salad bar, and completing other cleaning tasks as needed.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Listen and respond kindly to resident comments or concerns and share feedback with a manager or supervisor when needed.
• Jump in and help where needed by completing support work and other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
