Resort Lifestyle Communities in Florida is seeking a Part-Time Server to create joyful dining experiences for residents. You’ll work with a collaborative team, assist with casual and fine dining, greet tables, take orders, and help keep the dining room welcoming. No prior experience required.

Candidates must be 15+ and able to communicate in English; food handler permits may be required within two weeks. This role offers meaningful work in a resort-style community with pay-on-demand and employee

Qualifications

Must be at least 15 years of age.
No previous work experience is required.
Must communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
Ability to secure required food handler permits within two weeks of hire.
State regulations may require a work permit depending on age and state of residence.

Responsibilities

Enhance the dining experience by assisting residents in Casual Dining.
Create memorable moments in Fine Dining by greeting tables and guiding menu selections.
Take orders accurately and serve beverages to desserts.
Keep the dining room clean by clearing and resetting tables and handling dishes.
Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly attitude.
Listen to resident feedback and report to a manager when needed.
Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.
