Resort Lifestyle Communities in Little Rock, AR, is seeking a Part-Time Server to create meaningful dining experiences for residents. You will be part of a collaborative team, respond to feedback, and help maintain a warm, caring environment.

No prior experience is required, but you’ll need to be at least 15 years old, communicate in English, and obtain any required food handler permits. This role offers friendly team dynamics in a resort-style setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age.
• No previous work experience is required.
• Must communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits within two weeks of hire.
• State regulations may require a work permit; guidance provided by Community Manager.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the dining experience by assisting residents in Casual Dining, carrying trays, offering beverages, and meeting service needs.
• Create memorable moments in Fine Dining by greeting tables, guiding menu selections, taking orders, and serving courses from beverages to desserts.
• Keep the dining room clean by clearing and resetting tables, handling dishes, refilling water, and setting tables before meals.
• Help keep things clean by vacuuming carpets, cleaning the salad bar, and completing other tasks."
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly attitude.
• Listen to resident comments or concerns and share feedback with a manager or supervisor.
• Jump in and help where needed by completing support work and other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
