Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server in Little Rock, AR. You will enhance dining experiences for residents, assist in Casual and Fine Dining, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining room.

No prior work experience is required and age must be at least 15. Strong English communication and the ability to obtain a food handler permit within two weeks are essential to support a caring community environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age or older.
• No previous work experience is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits within two weeks of hire.
• State regulations may require a work permit before beginning employment.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the dining experience by assisting residents in Casual Dining by carrying trays, offering beverages, and proactively meeting service needs.
• Greet tables in Fine Dining, guide menu selections, take orders accurately, and serve courses from beverages to desserts.
• Clear and reset tables, handle dishes, refill water carafes, and set tables before meals.
• Vacuum carpets, clean the salad bar, and perform other cleaning tasks as needed.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Listen to resident feedback and share it with a manager or supervisor as needed.
• Help with other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
