Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server to create joyful dining experiences for residents in a close-knit community. You’ll join a collaborative team, respond to feedback, and contribute to a caring environment.

No prior experience required; applicants must be at least 15 years old and can obtain required food handler permits within two weeks of hire. Join a family-owned, growing organization with 60+ communities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Age 15 years or older.
• No previous work experience required.
• Must communicate effectively in English with residents, guests and staff.
• Must obtain required food handler permits within two weeks of hire.
• State work permit requirements may apply; guidance provided at hire.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the dining experience by assisting residents in Casual Dining, carrying trays and serving beverages.
• Greet tables, guide menu selections, take orders accurately, and serve courses.
• Clear and reset tables; handle dishes; keep water carafes filled.
• Help keep the dining area clean and organized; vacuum, clean salad bar as needed.
• Deliver room service meals and collect trays with a friendly attitude.
• Listen to resident feedback and report concerns to a supervisor.
• Support team by assisting with additional tasks as needed.
