Resort Lifestyle Communities in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Part-Time Server to craft warm, memorable dining experiences for residents. You’ll work with a collaborative team, greet guests, take orders, and help ensure service excellence with a friendly, can-do attitude.

You’ll start with no previous experience required, gain hands-on training, and enjoy perks like pay on demand and employee discounts in a resort-style, family-owned environment.

Formación

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• No prior work experience is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits as required by local ordinances within two weeks of hire.
• State regulations may require certain applicants to obtain a work permit before beginning employment.

Responsabilidades

• Enhance the dining experience by assisting residents in Casual Dining by carrying trays, offering beverages, and proactively meeting service needs.
• Create memorable moments in Fine Dining by greeting tables, guiding residents through menu selections, taking orders accurately, and serving courses from beverages to desserts.
• Keep the dining room looking its best by clearing and resetting tables, handling dishes, refilling water carafes, and setting tables before meals.
• Help keep things clean and organized by vacuuming carpets, cleaning the salad bar, and completing other cleaning tasks as needed.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Listen and respond kindly to resident comments or concerns and share feedback with a manager or supervisor when needed.
• Jump in and help where needed by completing support tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
