Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Associate’s degree and 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience.
• Proficient in G-Suite and strong written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and maintain compliance with security and audit standards.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify needs through active listening and pair with appropriate digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming, hospitality-driven space while balancing efficiency.
