Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Branch Ambassador in Louisiana to be the heart of our banking space. You’ll blend hospitality with digital tools, guiding customers through mobile banking and payments while delivering friendly, personalized service.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, listening to goals and connecting clients with the right solutions, all while maintaining security and accuracy in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: handle high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and follow security standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• The First-Line Consultant: identify needs and match customers with digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers and balance efficiency with a warm, community-focused approach.
