Responsibilities

• Learn food service routines and support kitchen and dishwashing tasks.
• Clean work surfaces, refrigerators, and floors; maintain sanitary conditions.
• Observe and record water temperatures in dishwashing and ensure proper sanitation.
• Assist with stocking, ordering, and safe groceries handling as needed.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training of dietary staff.
