Viera Builders, Inc. is seeking an entry level, part-time receptionist to support the Design Studio in a fast-paced environment. The role includes front desk duties, greeting buyers, and assisting design staff with samples and meetings.

The position requires availability during Design Preview hours, with duties ranging from event setup to client tours and administrative tasks. Prior design-related experience is a plus; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 1+ year in design or industry-related experience.
• Experience in new home construction preferred.
• Prior receptionist experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Provide initial customer service at the front desk; greet buyers and offer refreshments.
• Manage PowerPoint preparation for Pre-Construction Meetings; maintain design studio appearance and sample displays.
• Conduct Design Studio tours during Design Preview; educate buyers on options and provide exceptional service.
• Open and close the Design Studio; maintain tidiness of lobby and conference room.
• Assist Design Coordinators, Design Lead and Director of Design with other admin duties.
