Your role will include answering calls, distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a pleasant environment. With 1 year of experience in customer service or sales support required, we offer a vibrant workplace where you can grow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support, customer service, or sales support.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office software.
• Personable & highly motivated with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and direct visitors.
• Greet prospective and current buyers.
• Process and distribute daily mail, parcels, and packages.
• Conduct Design Gallery tours and explain the process.
• Schedule appointments for new contracts.
• Maintain model appearance and clean common areas.
• Manage office supplies and community reports.
• Support events and meetings.
