You will provide exceptional service, present model homes, and build lasting relationships in a fast-paced, family-owned environment. Qualifications

• Requires proven experience in new home sales.
• Able to communicate clearly and build relationships with buyers.
• Comfortable presenting model homes and guiding clients through the process.

Responsibilities

• Sell the dream of home ownership with Neal Communities
• Provide prospective buyers with model and home site presentation tours
• Follow-up with new leads and buyers from initial contact to closing
• Manage a clean prospect lead bank in CRM
• Educate customers on the home-building/buying process
• Close sales and document transactions
• Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Develop relationships with public, buyers, and lenders
• Attend company meetings and special events
