Job summary

Neal Communities is seeking a Part-Time Discovery Center & Design Gallery Coordinator in Estero, FL. You will handle front desk sales support, greet buyers, register new home buyers, and coordinate tours and previews in the Design Gallery.

You will support design consultants, maintain the gallery, and help manage appointments and events. The role emphasizes customer service, organization, and multi-tasking in a busy sales environment.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year of admin support, customer service or sales support experience.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office; strong organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and assist visitors.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet visitors at the Design Gallery.
• Register new home buyers and process mail and packages.
• Conduct Gallery tours and explain design options to buyers.
• Schedule previews, appointments and design visits for new contracts.
• Assist design consultants and maintain gallery appearance.
• Audit and maintain community reports and UP calendar.
