Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Part-Time Dentist to join our established practice in New Jersey. You will manage the full patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. A strong patient flow and opportunities to participate in CE events are highlighted.

The role supports a part-time schedule with two Saturdays per month, 7 AM–12 PM, and provides access to comprehensive benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Manage and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain high quality standards and ethics.
• Keep up-to-date with new developments and continuing education.
