Job summary

42North Dental, built by dentists for dentists, is seeking a Dentist to lead the patient experience from exam through treatment planning and delivery of care in our established practice in New Jersey. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a strong flow of new patients each month.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree required
• Current state license to practice dentistry
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented
• Malpractice insurance proof
• BLS or CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create and review treatment plans
• Maintain and update patient records
• Review and interpret x‑rays and tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive care
• Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics
• Stay current with developments in dentistry

Education

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program
