Job summary

42 North Dental in New Jersey is seeking a Dentist to join our established practice. The role encompasses the full clinical patient experience, from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license in good standing.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Malpractice insurance evidence.
• BLS/CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatments.
• Educate patients on oral health and options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update dental records.
• Review X-rays and diagnostics.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth/jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive care.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.
• Maintain high ethical and professional standards.
• Stay current with new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
