Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce deli products according to plan.
• Package and label deli products per program plan.
• Stock backroom with deli products and rotate/dating cases.
• Merchandise deli products per merchandising plan.
• Notify deli manager when supplies need ordering.
• Follow safety, PPE, and food safety guidelines.
• Communicate tasks and cleaning steps to teammates.
