Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Willing to cross-train in bakery and deli tasks as needed.
• Effective and friendly communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math and ability to follow written guidelines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Slice deli meats and cheeses to customer requests.
• Prepare custom party trays and sandwiches.
• Stock and organize displays and assist with shipments.
• Maintain sanitation of department and equipment; follow food handling guidelines.
• Perform additional deli/bakery tasks and help in busy conditions.
