Summit is seeking a Part-Time Daytime Patient Care Assistant (HHA / CNA / DSP / Resident Assistant) to provide in-home care in the South Saint Paul area. The role offers flexible part-time or per diem shifts, with additional pay per visit for bathing and showering.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, bathing, companionship, and clear communication with supervisors. A CNA license or at least 1 year of caregiving experience, reliable transportation, and a valid license are required.

• At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience or active CNA license.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current insurance.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Passion for working independently and building trust with clients.
