Job summary

Summit is seeking a Part-Time Daytime Patient Care Assistant (HHA / CNA / DSP / Resident Assistant) to serve clients in South Saint Paul, MN. You will assist with ADLs, grooming, meal prep, and companionship in clients' homes.

This flexible role offers part-time or per diem shifts, with hourly pay between $20 and $22 plus $32–$34 per visit for bathing or shower visits, and travel within a 35-mile radius. You'll receive ongoing training and work with a supportive care coordinator to balance

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience or active CNA license.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current insurance.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Passion for working independently and building trust with clients.

Responsibilities
