Job summary

Summit Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers, HHAs, CNAs, and DSPs to provide high-quality one-on-one in-home care across the Twin Cities metro area. Flexible part-time scheduling allows you to choose shifts that fit your life while earning competitive rates and bonuses.

You’ll travel up to 35 miles from home, document visits in a mobile system, and support Veterans and seniors with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of paid caregiving experience
• CNA certification required
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
• Ability to confidently handle a dynamic client schedule
• Heart for service, patience and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as dressing, grooming, bathing and hygiene tasks
• Assist multiple clients per day with light housekeeping, companionship, and daily routines
• Travel independently between homes within a 35-mile radius
• Use a mobile documentation system to chart visit notes quickly and accurately
• Be a steady, supportive presence for Veterans, older adults, and individuals with disabilities

Job Title: In-Home Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA)

Compensation: $20–$22/hour + $32–$34 per visit (for bathing/showering)

Travel Radius: Up to 35 miles from your home
