Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in Illinois (or compact state).
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage in unit councils and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care per the nursing process.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
