Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to be thoroughly trained to meet organizational standards.
• Greater than one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists Circulating nurse with setup for procedures and proper instrumentation.
• Passes instruments and supplies to the surgeon at the sterile field.
• Maintains sterile technique and assists with sponge/sharps/instrument counts.
• Supports quality improvement activities and adheres to safety policies.
