Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a part-time Day Porter to perform custodial duties across a facility of 4,500–5,000 sq ft per hour depending on location. The role includes cleaning offices, restrooms, and public areas, with trash removal and replenishment of supplies.

The position emphasizes safety, uniform appearance, and timely attendance. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and about six months of related experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs all assigned cleaning tasks professionally to reflect company integrity.
• Cleans offices, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways and other areas.
• Mops and sweeps as needed; dusts furniture, fixtures, windows, doors and trim.
• Empties waste, disposes of trash, and maintains cleanliness of restrooms and lockers.
• Replenishes supplies and disinfects restrooms and locker rooms daily.
• Maintains safe, organized custodial closets and keeps hallways clear.
• Reports hazards, follows PPE safety rules, and notifies supervisor of issues.
