Job summary

The Choice, Inc. seeks a part-time Sales Support & Data Reporting Assistant to help with weekly advertising reporting and data processing for a national media and broadcasting organization.

You will review two large advertising reports in Excel each week, enter data into the order management system, ensure accuracy, and meet tight deadlines while working independently. Remote Fridays optional, on-site Wednesdays and Thursdays in Washington, DC, through December 2026.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and accurate in data handling.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for large spreadsheets.
• Ability to verify data and enter it into systems with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review and process two large advertising reports in Excel each week.
• Enter information into the advertising order management system.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and duplicates.
• Complete weekly reporting accurately within deadlines.
• Maintain high accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Ask clarifying questions when information is unclear.
• Work independently while collaborating with the sales support team as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
