Job summary

PLTFRM is seeking a Part Time Sales Assistant to support the Sales Team with promotions, item setups and data upkeep. The role also involves assisting customers, preparing presentations and covering for teammates as needed, all while meeting tight deadlines.

You will join a fast-paced environment with remote work options and a strong emphasis on accuracy, follow-through, and collaborative problem-solving across departments.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years administrative experience preferred.
• Well organized, detail oriented and self-starter with strong administrative, customer service, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Dependable, diplomatic person, able to problem-solve with diverse people.
• Flexible to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support: assist with routine daily tasks, monthly promotions, and new vendor/item setups; maintain data in systems; run trackers and reports.
• Customer Support: handle manufacturer and retail requests; build relationships by staying responsive and professional.
• Additional Support: complete ad hoc projects and cover desks as needed.
• Attention to Detail: ensure forms and submissions are accurate and resolve data discrepancies.
• Communication: provide timely, solution-oriented communication with internal and external partners.
