Job summary

Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is seeking a Data Coordinator in the Whitinsville/Northbridge area. This part-time administrative role focuses on data entry, reporting, and data integrity within the DCF-aligned program context.

You will develop spreadsheets, manage data across systems, and support the Program Director with routine reporting while delivering strong customer service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of work experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and other business tools for program purposes.
• Enter, track and manipulate data based on programmatic needs.
• Develop and produce weekly/monthly reports for the Program Director and DCF area office as needed.
• Entry of all case-specific documents for cases assigned to the ALA into the electronic iFamilyNet case record.
• Data entry into program and/or funding source databases.
• Perform clerical tasks including copying, faxing, filing, typing, and compiling reports.
