Job summary

KLS Martin is seeking a part-time Data Coordination Support role in Jacksonville, FL. You will shadow operations, learn IPS workflow, and assist with larger projects while building a network within the IPS process.

The role requires a high school diploma, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and being enrolled in an associate degree. You will collaborate across production, sales, marketing, and product management while gaining hands-on experience in a private healthcare manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Actively pursuing an Associate’s or higher-level degree from an accredited University.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge on the complete IPS workflow and products.
• Assist on projects including process improvement, educational material development, and IPS product testing.
• Collaborate and coordinate between production, sales, marketing, and product management.
• Abide by regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Participate in creating and maintaining files for each patient’s case.
