KLS Martin Jacksonville is seeking a data coordination assistant to support the IPS workflow and day-to-day operations. You will shadow processes, assist with project work, and help maintain accurate patient case files while collaborating with production, sales, and marketing teams.

The role emphasizes learning, communication, and teamwork within a dynamic medical device environment, with a focus on quality and regulatory adherence.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Active pursuit of an Associate’s or higher degree from an accredited university.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and maintain records/logs.
