Job summary
PostNet Vintage Park in Houston, TX is seeking a friendly Part-Time Customer Service Associate. You will greet customers, assist with shipments, and support mailbox services at the Vintage Park location.
Typical shifts are 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM on weekdays with some Saturday hours; training is provided. Prior retail or shipping experience is helpful but not required, and candidate should enjoy helping people.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail/shipping/customer service experience helpful but not required.
- Willingness to learn shipping, mailbox, and basic printing services.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Process shipments using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL.
- Help customers select shipping options based on cost, speed, and service needs.
- Package items for safe shipment and receive/sort incoming mail and packages.
- Maintain accurate private mailbox and package records and assist pickups.
- Process customer transactions and payments; answer phones and respond to questions.
- Assist with copying, scanning, printing, and document services.
- Learn PostNet products and services and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
