Job summary

PostNet is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Associate for our Houston center. Under supervision, you will assist customers with shipping, packaging, and printing services, and operate the point-of-sale system, copiers/printers, and other store equipment.

Regular hours include Monday–Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (flexible mornings/afternoons) and every other Saturday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., with holiday hours. Requires high school diploma, basic computer skills, teamwork and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with shipping, postal, or printing services
• Must be available Monday–Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (flexible morning & afternoon hours)
• Saturday: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (every other Saturday)
• Holiday hours increase

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with shipping and packaging services, printing estimates/orders, and other services offered by PostNet.
• Process customer sales through the point-of-sale system.
• Center Operations: Opens and closes the center, cash register, and other center systems.
