Job summary

Michaels Woodbury is seeking a Weekday Midday Customer Service Team Member (Part Time/Seasonal). You will deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, maintaining shelves, and supporting omnichannel processes. You’ll promote rewards programs and assist with store recovery and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store recovery and contribute to store cleanliness and presentation.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments; support omnichannel (BOPIS/SFS).
