Automated Health Systems is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a remote role with in-person equipment pickup in Tallahassee, FL. You will assist individuals with benefits information and support, providing accurate guidance and top-tier service.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in a call center, healthcare knowledge or Medicaid familiarity, and strong PC skills. A HS diploma is required; an Associates degree is preferred. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center environment required.
• Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
• Strong PC proficiency required.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
