Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative for Auto Data Direct, Inc. (ADD), a division of the company, to expand our presence in the towing industry.

You will build important industry relationships and demonstrate solutions used by towing professionals. Based in Florida, the role involves traveling to client sites, conducting product demonstrations, and managing a CRM to secure new accounts and drive upsells.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of territory sales or automotive/inside sales experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• High school diploma or higher; college preferred.

Auto Data Direct, Inc. (ADD), a division of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our innovative and fast-growing team. ADD offers fast, accurate, real-time access to motor vehicle, vessel, and driver license records that support the towing industry’s operations. As our Territory Sales Representative for the towing market, you will expand our presence, build important industry relationships, and help develop solutions relied on by towing professionals.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for ADD’s towing industry products and solutions
• Represent ADD at all major trade shows and industry events, acting as an ambassador and subject matter expert
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with automotive-related organizations, including dealerships, financial institutions, government agencies, salvage companies, insurance firms, legal entities, towing and recovery services, and title and registration providers
• Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations for prospective clients and efficiently utilize a CRM system.
• Secure new accounts and drive product upsells to meet assigned sales target

Training

Our training consists of time with experienced representatives in the field and additional learning opportunities at our Auto Data Direct Office in Tallahassee, Florida.

Salary: $50-60k base plus commissions - Total target in first year of selling is $80-$100K

Requirements

• 2+ years of territory sales, automotive industry or inside sales experience
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Highschool diploma, college preferred or equivalent work experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
