Job summary

Atlas Credit Company Inc is seeking a friendly, dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pharr, Texas. You will handle high-volume calls, answer questions, process loan applications, and maintain accurate customer records, delivering excellent service to every customer.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of customer service experience, strong phone communication, multitasking ability, and basic data entry skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong phone communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Bilingual: English required, Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Provide excellent customer serviceover the phone
• Handle a high volume ofincoming and outgoing calls
• Assist customers with questions, account information, and issue resolution
• Follow up with customers regarding accounts and past-due balances
• Process loan applications and perform data entry
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication

What We’re Looking For

Schedule

• 8-hour day shifts
• Monday–Saturday (one weekday off)
