Job summary

Atlas Credit in Pharr, TX, is seeking a customer service associate to handle high-volume calls, assist customers with accounts, process loan applications, and maintain accurate records. This role emphasizes friendly communication, data entry accuracy, and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Strong telephone communication skills and confident speaking with customers.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Bilingual: English required, Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities
