Job summary

Atlas Credit Company Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Tyler, Texas. You will provide friendly, professional phone support, handle a high volume of calls, and assist customers with questions and account information.

Daily tasks include data entry, processing loan applications, following up on past-due balances, and maintaining accurate records. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to serve a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong phone communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• English required; Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service over the phone
• Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls

What We're Looking For

• Customer service experience preferred (1+ year)

Schedule

• 8-hour day shifts
• Monday-Saturday (one weekday off)
• Saturday availability required
