Responsibilities include handling inquiries, understanding policies, meeting performance targets, and documenting trip details. Must have a high school diploma or GED, be computer literate, and able to operate a standard telephone system. DOT testing may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate standard telephone system.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirection to a supervisor.
• Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures.
• Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
• Document trip authorizations with details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.
• Other duties as required.
