Transdev in Redwood City, CA is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. We are seeking a friendly, customer service‑oriented person dedicated to safety.

Compensation

• Competitive hourly compensation package: minimum $21.00 -- maximum $21.63

Key Responsibilities

• Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.
• Respond to customer and client inquiries and concerns with timely, accurate information.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures.
• Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
• Perform other duties as required, including dispatching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Fluent in English.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate standard telephone system.

Physical Requirements

• Work alone.
• Sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day).
• Push and pull objects up to 20 pounds; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level.

Background and Drug Screening Requirements

• Candidate must successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without restrictions and must pass a background check.
