Job summary

Family Dollar Shelley, ID is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, keep the store stocked, and help unload trucks while maintaining a friendly, professional environment.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational and communication skills; a high school diploma is preferred; lifting 30–50 lbs and standing for extended periods are expected; and it’s an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent walking/standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities
