Job summary

Family Dollar here is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and keep the store stocked and clean in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred) and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for daily interactions with customers and associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent movement and walking.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Unload trucks and replenish stock per productivity standards.
