As a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's, you will greet customers, help them find products, answer questions, and ensure a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

You may work in appliances, hardware, or garden areas, stock shelves, process orders and deliveries, assist at checkout, and cross-train in other departments to support busy periods. This part-time role emphasizes reliability, basic computer use, and a willingness to help customers solve home improvement challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic computer tasks and software.
• Experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties as needed.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, provide friendly and professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty areas and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to support service quality.
• Prepare merchandise in your department for customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
