You'll be cross-trained to assist at the cash register and front-end duties as needed, handle merchandise intake, stocking, store cleanliness, and safe cash handling. The role emphasizes customer service and teamwork with integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Retail customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and maneuver throughout the store.
• Excellent customer service, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely according to standards.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Protect company assets and cash security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
